1. General provisions
These Terms of Use (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Zamon LTD (“Operator”, “we”) and you (“User”) when accessing the Ozod service (“Platform”, “Service”) via the Telegram Mini App, the related Telegram bot and other channels indicated by the Operator, including the website https://ozod.io. Using the Platform means full acceptance of the Agreement. If you disagree, stop using the Service. This Agreement should be read together with the Privacy Policy and AML/CFT materials published in the Platform.

1.2 Acceptance and changes
By starting to use the Platform or confirming consent in the interface (where provided), you confirm that you have read and accept the Agreement, the Privacy Policy and applicable AML rules. The Operator may update the Agreement. The current version is published in the Platform with the revision date. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or support where practicable. Continued use after publication means acceptance. Refusal is only by stopping use of the Service.
2. Subject matter
The Operator provides access to Ozod features which may include (to the extent available in your jurisdiction and account settings): 1) an account via Telegram (Mini App / bot); 2) an internal balance and crypto wallets / deposit addresses for supported networks and currencies; 3) issuance, servicing and operations with virtual cards via partner providers; 4) purchase and management of eSIM plans via partners; 5) transaction history, notifications and support; 6) other features described in the Platform UI. The exact set of services, limits, fees and availability depend on tariffs, account status, AML/CFT checks and provider restrictions. The Operator is not obliged to offer all features in all countries or to all users.
3. Access and account
Access is via Telegram and/or other channels indicated by the Operator. You are responsible for securing your Telegram account, devices and confirmation methods (PIN, 2FA, email, etc.). You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The Operator may request additional data for identification, verification or AML/CFT and may limit features until provided. You may not share access with third parties or create accounts fraudulently. The Operator may refuse registration, suspend or terminate access for Agreement breaches, suspected fraud or legal requirements.
4. User obligations
You agree to: • use the Platform lawfully and in line with the Agreement; • not perform operations for third parties without authority; • not circumvent limits, AML checks, blocks or security measures; • not interfere with the Platform, attack it, scrape it or reverse-engineer it beyond what law allows; • assess tax and currency consequences of operations in your jurisdiction yourself; • promptly notify support of compromised access or erroneous operations. You confirm you have reached the age allowing use of financial / digital services under your country’s law and act on your own behalf (unless otherwise agreed).
5. Operator rights
The Operator may: • change, expand or limit Platform features; • set and change fees, commissions, limits and operation requirements; • reject, delay, hold or reverse operations due to AML/CFT risk, errors, legal or provider requirements; • suspend access for Agreement breaches or suspicious activity; • engage contractors and providers (cards, eSIM, payments, infrastructure); • send service notices via Telegram, email and the Platform UI.
6. Prohibited activity
You must not use the Platform for: • money laundering, terrorist financing or sanctions evasion; • fraud, phishing or unauthorised access to others’ data or funds; • prohibited goods/services or prohibited jurisdictions; • manipulation or multi-account schemes to bypass limits; • any act that violates law or third-party rights. On breach, the Operator may block operations and the account, retain funds as permitted by law and disclose information to competent authorities.
7. Fees and settlements
Fees for card issuance, top-ups, eSIM, conversion and other services are shown in the UI before confirmation or in Platform tariffs. By paying, you accept the displayed price and fee. FX rates and blockchain network fees may change and are not always controlled by the Operator. Funds you send to a wrong address / network may be irrecoverable.
8. Digital asset and service risks
You understand and accept that: • crypto asset prices are volatile; partial or total loss of value is possible; • blockchain transactions are often irreversible; • networks, card and eSIM providers may fail for reasons outside the Operator’s control; • regulation in your country may restrict access to some services. The Platform is not investment advice. You decide on operations yourself.
9. Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator does not warrant uninterrupted service, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose. The Operator is not liable for losses caused by: third parties (including Telegram, payment/card providers, eSIM issuers); network or infrastructure failures beyond the Operator’s reasonable control; misuse by you; loss of access to your Telegram account or devices; force majeure. The Operator’s aggregate liability under the Agreement is limited to the fees you actually paid the Operator for Platform services in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim — unless mandatory law forbids such limitation. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be limited by law (including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence where applicable).
10. Intellectual property
The Platform, design, texts, logos, software and other Ozod materials belong to the Operator or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal purposes under the Agreement. Copying, modifying, distributing or commercially exploiting materials without the Operator’s written consent is prohibited, except where law expressly allows.
11. Privacy
Personal data processing is governed by the Platform Privacy Policy. By using the Service you confirm you have reviewed it. AML/CFT checks may follow the rules published under Terms and policies.
12. Term and termination
The Agreement applies from first use until access ends. You may stop using the Service at any time. The Operator may limit or end access for Agreement breach, legal requirements, service wind-down or inability to continue services. Liability, IP, governing law and dispute clauses survive termination.
13. Governing law and disputes
The Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without conflict-of-law rules leading to another law — unless mandatory consumer protection in your country gives you stronger rights. Parties will seek to resolve disputes via support: https://t.me/OzodCards. Failing that, disputes are submitted to the competent courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law of your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
